1. Garbage loading

Step 1：

First place the trash can at the hook of the hoist, and then push the lifting or upper cover (optional) operating handle to the raised position, the right side of the box lifting oil cylinder or the top upper cover opening oil cylinder extends out, so that the hoist drives the trash can up and rotates to the garbage, and the garbage enters the box.Release the operating handle and return to the center position；

Step 2：

Push the lifting operation handle to the retracted position, lift the oil cylinder on the right side of the box or open the oil cylinder on the top cover to withdraw, so that the hoist drives the trash can down and places it on the ground, release the operation handle to return it to the center, complete a load, and then release the power take-off device, the car can be transported and driven.

Also note：

If a small scraper is installed in the box, please push the handle in the direction of the operation sign. It is the scraper that pushes out and scrapes the garbage at the front end of the box to the rear of the box, and pulls the handle back in reverse before loading the garbage again. The scraper is retracted and the handle is returned to the middle position; To prevent the garbage from being stuck when it is poured into the scraper and the front end of the box.；

If there is no small scraper installed in the box, in order to prevent the garbage from being installed only at the front end of the box, the dump operation handle can be pushed to the open position, and the dump cylinder at the bottom of the box extends out, causing the box to rotate around the dump flip seat and lift it at an angle, so that the garbage at the front end of the box will slide down to the rear of the box due to its own weight. After completion, pull the operation handle back in reverse or return to the middle position, and the box will fall flat and release the handle.

2. Garbage dump

When the vehicle reaches 6 standard air pressures, hang up the power take-off device, check the various components for leaks or abnormalities, and then follow the operation steps.；

Step 1：

First loosen the lock on the back door of the box, and then push the dump operation handle to the open position. The dump cylinder at the bottom of the box extends out, causing the box to rotate and lift around the dump flip seat. At the same time, the back door of the box automatically opens under the impact of its own weight and garbage, and the garbage is unloaded.

Step 2：

Loosen the dump operation handle or pull it back in reverse. The box body is placed on the auxiliary beam due to the drop of the box body under the pressure of its own weight or under the retraction of the dump cylinder, and then the back door of the box body is locked tightly.；

Release the power take-off device and the trash can is placed, and the whole vehicle can be exercised.
